Kerala Blasters secured the services of Indian U17 World Cup Hero.

ISL Franchise Kerala Blasters have roped in India Arrow’s star performer Jeakson Singh ahead of the Upcoming Indian Super League season.

Southern ISL outfit signed him from his parent club Minerva Punjab but however blasters have agreed loan him back to Indian Arrow for the upcoming I-league season where he will carry his development forward under guidance of youth coach Floyd Pinto.

India’s lone goal scorer in FIFA tournaments, Jeakson Singh made 8 appearance under Lloyd Pinto last season and hoping to increase his minutes on the ground before getting enroll with Indian Super League team in the coming season.

It is expected that Kerala coach David James might hand contract to one or two more young Indian players before the season starts on 29th of this month.

Recently, addressing the Media he says, “The FIFA U-17 World Cup last year in India has had a strong influence on Indian football with the quality of young players coming through.

Jeakson Singh will meet his U17 World Cup side in goalkeeper Dheeraj Singh Moirangthem in his new team who was secured by Kerala earlier this year.
