Gurpreet Singh Sandhu’s Attitude Earns Bengaluru a Defeat

In a much awaited encounter between two of the attacking heavyweights in the Indian Super League, FC Goa and Bengaluru FC, angry man Gurpreet became the man who decided the match.

Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, the Indian national team’s first choice goalkeeper who just recently signed for Bengaluru FC was the man who made things bad for his team when he took down FC Goa player Lanzarote without any need.

The Blues keeper was disappointed on being beaten twice within the first 35 minutes of the game and his temper led him to taking down a player in the box. Even though the player was without the ball, the referee chose to award Goa with a penalty and that took the scoreline to 3-1 in favor of Goa, making it a major blow for the blues as they lost a man and conceded one, without any purpose.

All the spectators of today’s match would think that if Gurpreet acted more professional, his team might’ve even won the match as they showed great character when they came back from two goals down, despite the lose of a man in the field, before being hit by another goal from today’s hero of the match Ferran Corominas.
